It depends on the weight, the dimensions and whether you choose air or sea. Enter the weight in the calculator for an instant estimate; we confirm the final price after we weigh and measure your parcel at drop-off.
Transit time depends on the shipping method and destination in Moldova. We confirm an estimate for your parcel before it ships.
There is no self-serve tracking page yet. We keep you updated at the key stages — when we receive the parcel, when it leaves and when it is delivered — and you can ask us for its status any time on WhatsApp, using the reference from your booking.
For customs and safety reasons we can't ship items such as cash, weapons, flammable or hazardous materials, perishables and restricted substances. The full prohibited-items list will be confirmed here soon — when in doubt, ask us first.
Personal parcels are usually sent under postal rules; any customs charges depend on the contents and destination rules. We'll flag anything that needs a customs declaration and prepare the paperwork.
